Thank you Luis, I checked all the documentation, all forums (DEV C, this one, and several others) and the point seems very easy: install mysql c connector, install boost libs, link the C IDE with the libraries and the it should work, there are some guys om youtube that have it working using this same software, I checked every step I did but still not working, I give up mysql and windows.

If you are using dev c++ you don't need a make file. You just need to include your source , headers and link to your libraries - straight from the devcpp IDE
