Family HealthCare has the only Homeless Health clinic in North Dakota.
We are here to help. Family HealthCare is a thriving primary care clinic that serves individuals that are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless. We specialize in providing healthcare that addresses chronic disease and wellness with an emphasis on acknowledging barriers to patients that find access to care challenging. With the recent housing crisis in North Dakota, we see the number of homeless health patients increasing every year.

In addition to primary healthcare, we provide case management, outreach, and access to mental health and substance abuse programs.
- Homeless Health Services provided care to 1,200 patients in 2018.
- Family HealthCare has staff to assist with Medicaid applications.
- Our Access Plan is available to homeless patients,which allows patients to be seen regardless of ability to pay.
- Homeless Health patients can also access FHC services including: medical, dental, optometry, lab, x-ray, pharmacy, and lifestyle medicine.
